Pilates is much more than just a gymnastic.

Pilates is a workout that harmoniously develops our body making it strong and elastic.

Concentration is required to performe the movements that make up the Pilates sequence.


This is the reason why Pilates develops physical and mental presence, balancing body and mind. Joseph H. Pilates began to develop his method in the first half of the 20th Century.


He studied and implemented an original training system consisting of more than 500 exercises.


To practice Pilates online you will need a mat and a space on which to lay it, an internet connection through your smartphone or tablet.
